Who We Are
Arif Mashal is a multitalented and visionary professional, widely recognized as a leading Trainer of IT, Graphic Designer, Freelancer, Event Planner, and Young Social Activist. He is the Founder of Aghaz Foundation and UK Institute of Computer Science and English Language, both of which are dedicated to empowering youth through skill development, quality education, and digital literacy. With extensive experience in information technology training, management, consulting, and entrepreneurship, Arif Mashal has played a pivotal role in transforming the lives of thousands of students by equipping them with practical and in-demand skills for the modern workforce. Arif received his academic education from Peshawar Science College (PSC) and the University of Peshawar (UOP). He is a certified Microsoft having completed professional training from Microsoft
has further enhanced his technical skill set through the Skill Development Council (SDC) Peshawar. His creative excellence has been recognized at the national level. He was honored with the Best Youngest Graphic Designer (YGD) award, one of the highest recognitions by the Government of Pakistan, presented by the Fauji Foundation Pakistan. Today, Arif Mashal continues to lead with passion and purpose, striving to build a future where every young person in Pakistan has access to quality education, IT skills, and career opportunities.
